NADC is a real estate development and consultancy firm established in 2002. We focus on residential and mixed-use products in urban markets in downstate and upstate New York.
As developers, we bring value to local communities through experience in market research and analysis, urban planning, art and design, project execution and investment skills. As consultants, we advise local and international clients on urban planning challenges and development opportunities. NADC is a subsidiary of DE LIJN Office for Urban Development, a development and planning consulting firm headquartered in Amsterdam. This link enables NADC to provide Dutch investors and developers with opportunity assessment, buyer brokerage services, due diligence and joint ventures.
